Our Commitment

Guardian Smart Homes Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy and dignity of our clients. We provide environmental telemetry and independent living infrastructure. We do not provide medical services, and we do not collect medical records. Website inquiry data is kept only as long as necessary to fulfil your request.

Zero-Knowledge Architecture

For active properties, we operate a strict Zero-Knowledge architecture. We collect passive environmental data (motion triggers, room temperature, door and window states). We DO NOT collect audio recordings, video feeds, or photographic images. Our systems are 100% camera-free and microphone-free.

GDPR Compliance (Article 28)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), Guardian Smart Homes Ltd acts strictly as a Data Processor. We process machine-generated environmental telemetry on behalf of the nominated Professional Partner or family, who acts as the Data Controller.

To protect vulnerable residents, we do not store the resident’s name, physical address, or history on our cloud servers. Every Hub is assigned an alphanumeric Unique Identifier (e.g., GSH-SOL-8842). The Data Controller retains the master ledger connecting this UID to the physical resident.

Inquiry Data

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide via our contact forms (name, phone, email, and the nature of your inquiry). We process this data solely to respond to you. We do not sell or share this data with third parties beyond our regulated finance introducer partner (Ideal4Finance) where a finance enquiry has been explicitly initiated.
